Color Disclaimer
Due to many factors, we cannot guarantee
that the colors displayed on the website will exactly
match the color of the doll. There are many variables
which can change the color you see as you view our
site. Computer monitors display up to millions of
colors and the human eye can only decipher a very
small fraction of those colors. And within that small
fraction, we all see them differently. In addition,
people's monitor settings may influence how colors
are displayed.
Computer monitors have inherent limitations,
and electronically reproducing color on the Internet
is imprecise. Therefore, we cannot assure you that what
you see accurately portrays the color. We have gone
to great lengths to portray colors as accurately as
possible.
Privacy
We maintain strict security over all of
our customer information and do not sell, share or trade
information with outside companies. We will keep all
of your information confidential and use it solely to
communicate better with you. Our Customer Service extends
beyond your initial purchase from us.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. For your protection, we always verify
that your information is correct. All of our credit
card transactions are approved online at the time
of placing your order and are transacted by authorize.net.
However, you can always place an order by

From time to time, Cathay Doll Collection offers promotional
discounts and coupons through our own websites or our
partner websites. You can find these coupons at many
different coupon sites across the Internet.
Because many sites post our coupons without
consent, we cannot be responsible for erroneous information
or expired coupon codes.
All coupons will be honored at the sole
discretion of Cathay Doll Collection. Discounts are strictly
one per household, and we reserve the right to end any
discount at any time

Sales Tax
Outside of California you do not have
to pay sales tax. Inside California, we collect 8.25%.
Shipping Policy
Cathay Doll is serious about providing excellent
customer service and fast delivery. We pride ourselves
in our ability to pick your order quickly and ship it
safely and efficiently. UPS is used for all
"lower-48" Continental US States. Alaska,
Hawaii, APOs, and International orders will only be
serviced by USPS and cost more.
All items have a fixed S+H price that
includes insurance, automated tracking, and delivery
notification. When multiple items are purchased from
us, automatic discounts are taken to reduce total S+H.
In some cases, larger dolls must be shipped in
OVERSIZED boxes.
All shipments carry UPS insurance and
are fully insured up to the full purchase price. In
case your item is received damaged, please contact us
and we will immediately file a UPS claim for you. UPS
is excellent when processing claims settlements. USPS
claims can be filed at any Post Office.

Returns Policy
If Item not as
Described...
If for any reason the product is not as
described, please return it to us and we will
immediately upon receipt refund you 100% of the
product price paid. Buyers are responsible for all
shipping and handling fees for sending the dolls back
to us.
Returns and
Exchanges
There are NO CREDIT CARD returns- only store
credits will be issued. If you want to RETURN
anything, all original packaging must be intact and
you must notify us to acquire a return authorization
number prior to sending the item back to us. All
exchanges and returns are subject to a restocking fee
of 20% to cover order fulfillment costs.
