Color Disclaimer

Due to many factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the doll. There are many variables which can change the color you see as you view our site. Computer monitors display up to millions of colors and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colors. And within that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition, people's monitor settings may influence how colors are displayed.

Computer monitors have inherent limitations, and electronically reproducing color on the Internet is imprecise. Therefore, we cannot assure you that what you see accurately portrays the color. We have gone to great lengths to portray colors as accurately as possible.

Shipping Policy

Cathay Doll is serious about providing excellent customer service and fast delivery. We pride ourselves in our ability to pick your order quickly and ship it safely and efficiently. UPS is used for all "lower-48" Continental US States. Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and International orders will only be serviced by USPS and cost more.

All items have a fixed S+H price that includes insurance, automated tracking, and delivery notification. When multiple items are purchased from us, automatic discounts are taken to reduce total S+H. In some cases, larger dolls must be shipped in OVERSIZED boxes.

All shipments carry UPS insurance and are fully insured up to the full purchase price. In case your item is received damaged, please contact us and we will immediately file a UPS claim for you. UPS is excellent when processing claims settlements. USPS claims can be filed at any Post Office.

Returns Policy

If Item not as Described...
If for any reason the product is not as described, please return it to us and we will immediately upon receipt refund you 100% of the product price paid. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for sending the dolls back to us.

Returns and Exchanges
There are NO CREDIT CARD returns- only store credits will be issued. If you want to RETURN anything, all original packaging must be intact and you must notify us to acquire a return authorization number prior to sending the item back to us. All exchanges and returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% to cover order fulfillment costs.
